  First tagged release. Multi-user Django + DRF artifact journal: markdown/
  html_fragment/html_full/deck/json/csv/image/pdf/binary kinds, .xlsx->csv
  conversion, per-user quotas + eviction, public per-artifact share links,
  XSS sanitization + CSP, light/dark UI. All round 1-4 test issues resolved.
